We came to Michigan for sibling reunion and attend a wedding. Various times for a Our check- in was no problem. Manager was very friendly and gave great recommendation for dinner. Location was ready access for supplies, coffee and EV charger!

The front desk workers were very nice and helpful .. the room was big .. the location is really good - huge Meijer store nearby for food and any other items you may have forgotten and plenty of restaurants and gas station nearby. The fitness room was very nice and the hotel was very clean. The town of Big Rapids is nearby and very cute.

The property was very nice. The pool looked good but we didn’t use it. The gym was nicer than most hotels. The room was clean and spacious.

It was clean and comfortable. The location was great.. close to everything! They did give me a king room instead of the double queen I booked but made it right by bringing in a roll away. There is no hot tub which was disappointing but overall it was a nice experience.

One of the main complaints about hotels is the water pressure. Not this place!!! The water pressure was awesome.

The woman working the front desk the evening of June 7, 2023 was very professional. The temperature and humidity in the lobby and halls was good. Everything seemed clean and I did not see anything that was damaged or broken.

My room and the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff were very professional and courteous it has a Miers next to it plus a gas station I stay at the Hampton hotels every time I travel they are clean and economical and pet friendly.
